Sometimes, fate brings people together as if the universe itself had a plan. That’s exactly what happened to us.Years ago, at a bustling food and wine exhibition filled with aromas and flavors, three individuals crossed paths. Each was an expert in their own field:

We were different—different cultures, languages, and traditions. But when our glasses clinked and we spoke about our craft, we realized we were united by one thing: an undeniable passion for what we do.
That was the beginning of our journey. We experimented, refined, and created. We searched for flavors that didn’t just satisfy but left a lasting impression—flavors that told a story of sun-ripened grapes, patience, and mastery.

Our Founders
Italspiritus was founded by Carlo and Elena Casale, who together bring over 20 years of leadership experience in the food and beverage industry. Their expertise and passion led them to create Italspiritus—a company driven by innovation, craftsmanship, and global vision.
With production facilities across Italy, Europe, and beyond, Italspiritus operates in regions including Apulia, Abruzzo, Piedmont, Sicily, Veneto, Scotland, the USA, and Cuba.
